Ordering Niamori products on the website is very simple:

1. Choose your desired drink.

2. Enter the desired text for engraving on the bottle.

3. Provide the delivery address.

4. Purchase the product with Visa/Mastercard cards.
   

After confirming the purchase, the design of the engraving text will be sent to you via WhatsApp or Viber on the same or the following working day, and only after your confirmation will the work on the order begin.

The gift preparation requires 2-3 working days.

A personalized inscription is made under the Niamori logo, such as: "Exclusively [Name/Surname]," while the Niamori logo and the wine name remain on the bottle.

The price includes engraving with the name.

In case of purchase in Tbilisi, if you receive a product that does not match the one ordered on the website or is damaged/defective, you have the right to request a product exchange and place an order for a different product within the same price range. For this, you will need to present a sample of the defective product. However, for regions and other countries, the company is not responsible for the safety of the item as the transportation is handled by postal companies independently from us.

Yes, wine orders can be placed from anywhere in the world. Transportation is carried out via Georgian Post, and the cost is calculated individually for each country, based on the number of bottles. The shipment will arrive within 3-7 working days. Please note that every country has legal regulations that govern or restrict the import of alcohol for personal use. Be sure to familiarize yourself with these regulations to avoid customs issues. Additionally, please be aware that international transportation does not include any type of insurance
